Overview:
We are currently running large-scale operations under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program across Victoria, focusing on energy-efficient product installations such as air conditioners, heat pumps, and other government-rebated items.

Objective:
To scale our operations, we are seeking reliable and experienced team members who have strong knowledge of the VEU program and can take ownership of various roles across management, backend support, content creation, and lead generation.

Roles Required:
VEU Project Operators / Coordinators

Must have hands-on experience with VEU jobs

Should understand job allocation, compliance requirements, and portal submissions

Ability to manage teams, jobs, and paperwork effectively

Back-End Operations Specialists

Skilled in CRM systems, form management, invoicing, and data handling

Able to track project progress, handle portal updates, and support field teams

Video Editors / Content Creators

Can create short-form and ad-style content for our products (e.g., ACs, heat pumps, downlights)

Must be able to make visually engaging edits for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

Lead Generators / Marketing Assistants

Generate high-quality leads for different product categories through various digital platforms

Should know how to run targeted campaigns and convert leads into appointments

Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other outreach methods is a plus
