We're hiring a detail-oriented Development Project Manager to lead our real estate projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate must excel in project management, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Project. They'll liaise with high-level consultants, including architects, engineers, and city planners, ensuring seamless coordination.

Responsibilities:

-Coordinate bids for renovations and value engineer cost savings.
