• Context: define objectives, target readership and how the magazine reinforces our curriculum.
• Content strategy: recommended sections, contributor guidelines, and an editorial calendar.
• Production plan: layout workflow, software or design tools, printing or digital distribution options, and staffing needs.
• Budget & resources: itemised costs, potential revenue streams (ads, sponsorship), and a phased spending schedule.
• Timeline: actionable milestones that support an ASAP launch.
• Risk & impact analysis: quality assurance, student safety/ethics, and measurable learning outcomes.
Deliverables
1. DPR (Word + print-ready PDF) with all data tables, charts, and citations.
2. A separate Gantt chart or spreadsheet highlighting the fast-track schedule.
