Tuscany Property Management: Long-term Care
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
I'm seeking a skilled and experienced property manager to handle my small portfolio of properties in Tuscany. The job entails a mix of maintenance and guest services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ongoing property maintenance: Regular check-ups, repairs, and upkeep of the properties as required. Experienced handymen or property managers would be ideal for this role.
- Guest services: Meet and greet guests, provide property information, and address any concerns they may have during their stay. Experience in hospitality is preferred.
This is a long-term position. The ideal candidate should be local and have extensive knowledge of the Sansepolcro/Citta di Castello area, possess excellent communication skills, and have a solid background in property management or hospitality.
