Trello-Based Personal Assistant Needed -- 3

Job ID: 40096872

Budget: $2 – $8 USD

All of my work funnels through a single Trello board, so your day-to-day focus will be keeping that board accurate and alive. You’ll move cards, add check-lists, set due-dates, and leave quick notes so I always know what’s happening without digging for information.

Alongside the board upkeep you’ll handle a stream of bite-sized tasks. Typical examples include:
• Updating cards as soon as something changes,
• Dropping calendar reminders or Slack pings when deadlines approach,
• Watching overall progress on active projects and flagging anything that drifts,
• Jumping into one-off jobs such as playing a new game build for an hour to spot obvious bugs or pulling fast web research when I’m short on time.

To do this smoothly you should already feel at home inside Trello, bring solid basic project-management instincts, and communicate in clear, concise updates. Most assignments are quick hits, but reliability is everything—I need to trust that once a card is on your plate it’s moving.

If you’re comfortable living in Trello and enjoy keeping small projects on track, tell me your usual working hours and how soon you can start; I’ll add you to the board so we can test the workflow right away.
