Transform international nursing workforce

We know that happy colleagues = happy patients. Make sure adequate support is in place from recruitment to onboard and further in their career growth. Provide support to internationally recruited nurses to adapt to UK health care sector & NHS. Facilitate inter professional learning sessions by experienced professionals, especially who is from outside UK. Conduct baseline survey to find out what additional support might be help to them to become more productive and efficient. Create local network support group for helping them to settle in, accomodation, schooling of their children, GP registration, bringing dependants, transportation facilities, driving in the UK, etc. Aim to improve patient care by quality of care delivered by newly recruited international workforce by providing right training and support to them. this is just an outline of main theme, but you can design and name the project proposal.
