Traffic Arbitration Operations Director/Project Manager is required

I run a fast-growing traffic arbitrage agency that monetises digital content in several high-profit verticals. I now need a project manager who can step in as an operations director and keep the whole machine running smoothly.


What will be in your hands (main areas of responsibility):
- Full operational management of the traffic manager team: hiring, adaptation, task setting, daily control, motivation, results analysis
- Control of key metrics: volume and quality of incoming traffic, paid subscriptions, ROI, retention
- Management of all internal reporting and dashboards
- Search and connection of new partners, communication with other teams and agencies, participation in negotiations and calls
- Work with content materials (mainly in English - translator + neural networks to help)

Who are we looking for (key qualities and skills):
- High speed of reaction and execution (tasks are often urgent, and they need to be completed quickly and efficiently)
- Responsibility for the result, and not just for "doing what you're told"
- The ability to achieve results from other people: strict discipline + the skill of delegation and control
- Basic understanding of traffic / arbitrage, or the willingness to learn in a couple of days
- A huge plus: confident English (reading/writing, communicating in chats) + active use of neural networks (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to speed up routine tasks
