Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a full Title 24 energy compliance report for a residential project that involves replacing existing windows and updating interior finishes. The local building department will not release a permit until they receive a clear, California-approved PDF showing that the remodeled space still meets—or exceeds—current energy standards.
Scope
• Model the existing residence and proposed conditions using CBECC-Res or EnergyPro (your choice, as long as the jurisdiction accepts it).
• Account for the new window specifications once I provide them, along with any changes to wall, ceiling, or floor finishes that may affect U-factor, SHGC, or insulation performance.
• Summarize all mandatory measures and include the CF-1R forms required for submittal.
Deliverable
A stamped, ready-to-upload PDF package that the plan checker can attach directly to the permit file, plus the editable program file for future revisions. I’ll supply plans, window schedules, and any additional product data as soon as we start.
