The Person Who Makes Sure Nothing Falls Through (Full-Time, Mon–Fri)

Job ID: 40521835

Budget: $2 – $8 CAD

We're a performance-focused growth marketing agency. We have a capable team, a working process, and a tracker. What we don't have is someone whose entire job is to make sure things actually get finished - on time, every time. That's you.

If you're the kind of person who can't stand a loose end, who follows up before being asked, and who quietly gets things over the line while everyone else is busy - keep reading.

>What You'll Own
You create urgency. You make sure everything is moving, deadlines are met, gaps are filled, and the founder is confident things will get done without him having to check. The founder runs sales - your job is to take operations off his plate completely.

>A Day In This Role
- You always know where every deliverable stands - what's moving, what's stuck, what's at risk.
- When something stalls, you step in immediately - re-prioritize, unblock the person, or fill the gap yourself.
- You chase politely but relentlessly. No response to an urgent item in 20–30 minutes? You escalate - message, then call.
- You drive every deliverable to one of two finish lines: published, or sent to the client for approval.
- You send the founder 4 short updates a day so he never has to wonder.

>Who Thrives Here
- A finisher. You own outcomes, not tasks, and you close loops without being told to.
- Relentless but warm. You can push people without being abrasive.
- Calm with chaos. Priorities shift often - that energizes you instead of stressing you.
- Low-ego. You're here to make the team and the founder look good, not to run your own show.

You'll hate this role if you need a perfectly stable process, avoid conflict, or get rattled when things change fast.

>How To Apply
- A short intro (5–8 sentences): a time you took a scattered, behind-schedule set of tasks and personally drove them to completion. What did YOU do?
- A 2-minute answer: A teammate hasn't replied to an urgent request in 30 minutes, a client is frustrated in an email thread, and the founder is in back-to-back sales calls. Walk us through exactly what you do, in order.

If you're a calm, relentless finisher, we'd love to hear from you.
