Technology Project Manager Needed
Budget: $50,000 – $100,000 USD
I’m looking for a seasoned Project Manager who can take full ownership of several high-visibility initiatives inside a fast-moving technology company. You’ll be steering a cross-functional group of more than sixteen engineers, designers, and business analysts from kickoff through launch, making sure every milestone lands on schedule and within budget while staying tightly aligned with our business goals.
From day one you’ll translate loosely defined ideas into a clear project charter, build a realistic schedule, and allocate resources wisely. Expect to track progress against that plan daily, surface risks early, and shape mitigation strategies before they become roadblocks. I rely on concise, data-driven updates, so you should feel comfortable turning complex progress and burn-down metrics into simple, actionable summaries for executives and stakeholders.
You’ll also own vendor coordination, cost control, quality checks, and compliance with our internal processes. We already run parts of our workflow in tools like Jira and Trello, but I’m open to whatever stack helps you deliver predictable, repeatable results—just be ready to justify your choice and set up the dashboards that keep everyone on the same page.
Key deliverables I’ll be measuring:
• A signed-off project charter with scope, timeline, and success metrics
• A living project plan and risk register that the team actually uses
• Weekly executive-ready status reports highlighting accomplishments, risks, and next steps
• A post-launch retrospective outlining lessons learned and process improvements
