We are hiring for the position of **Techno-Project Lead – Business & AI Specialization**
We are looking for a techno-project lead who can bridge business requirements with technology solutions, with strong specialization in AI. The ideal candidate should understand business processes, translate functional needs into technical execution, and lead projects end-to-end.
**Key Requirements:**
• Strong understanding of business processes and operational requirements
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience in project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
• Expertise in AI / automation / digital transformation initiatives
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive delivery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Development knowledge will be an added advantage
• Exposure to ERP / enterprise systems will be preferred
**Experience:**
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in technology-led business projects
• Proven experience in managing digital transformation or AI-driven initiatives
• Experience in handling multiple stakeholders and delivering projects within timelines
**Qualification:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology
• MBA or equivalent business qualification will be an added advantage
• AI / Data Analytics certification preferred
