Techno Functional Salesforce Project Manager

Sales Force Project Manager :

We are seeking a Techno Functional resource with a minimum of 5 years of IT experience. The ideal candidate will possess not only technical skills but also a solid understanding of business and functional aspects, contributing to the successful delivery of projects such as Salesforce.
Requirements & Skills:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications.

· Project Management experience (Project planning & Execution) like Requirements Gathering, Business Process Mapping, SoW, Timeline/Schedule Management, Stakeholder & Vendor Management , Risk Management, Issue Tracking, Agile/Scrum Methodology, Documentation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Change Management, Training, Go-Live Support.

· Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience with agile development methodologies.
