Skills Required:
• 6+ years of experience around Dynamics CRM applications with hands on experience on Omni channel integration
• Extensive functional domain experience in Customer engagement, Project operations, Sales & Marketing and Field Services.
• To be successful, he or she must have proven experience managing projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource projects to conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in client functional and technical workshops, to analyze and design Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement technical solutions
• Define and evaluate the non-functional/technical requirements for each business process in your workstream
• Worked at least 1-2 integration projects/implementations for D365CE
• Identify GAPs in product and pass on to stake holder and provide a strategic solution for implementing those
Demonstrated excellence at presenting complex development topics to both executive and technical personnel
