Role Overview:
Fanzat, a pioneering company in Qatar, is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our Social Media Project.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of the social media project, ensuring the delivery aligns with the project's goals, timeline, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders, to define project requirements and specifications.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and mitigating risks.
• Serve as the main liaison between technical teams and project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration within the project team, ensuring a positive and productive working environment.
• Identify and address project issues in a timely manner, removing obstacles to help the team achieve project milestones.
• Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations to gather insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a focus on managing software development projects, preferably in the social media domain.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience (minimum 70%) with technologies such as Node.js, Kafka, Go lang, Redis, Amazon SQS, Firebase, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab, Lens, Nginx, AWS, Amazon EKS, Nuxt, Javascript, Prometheus, and Sentry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
