Technical Project Manager / Senior Software Developer (Client-Facing Role) – US ET Hours
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
We are looking for a highly communicative and technically strong professional to join our growing tech team.
This role is ideal for a mid-level or senior-level software professional who can bridge the gap between clients and developers. While a solid software development background is required, the primary responsibility will be project coordination, client communication, requirement gathering, solution planning, and ensuring successful project delivery.
This is not a pure development role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with clients, leading discussions, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and coordinating with development teams to drive projects forward.
Requirements
Based in North America or South America
US-based candidates are strongly preferred
Candidates outside the United States must be available to work during US Eastern Time (ET) business hours
English proficiency: B2, C1, or C2
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Mid-Level or Senior-Level software development experience
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Python, Backend Development, Cloud Technologies, and AI-based solutions
Experience with system architecture, technical planning, or solution design is a strong plus
Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
Ability to gather requirements, manage priorities, and coordinate project execution
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Responsibilities
Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders
Lead project discussions and requirements gathering sessions
Translate business needs into technical requirements
Coordinate with internal development teams
Support project planning, delivery, and execution
Participate in technical decision-making and solution design
Assist with project management and client relationship management
Engagement
Initial engagement will be part-time
Opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance, communication skills, and team fit
Hourly Rate: $30–$60 USD depending on experience and qualifications
