Technical Project Manager
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
To supervise all project activities from planning to completion, we are seeking a technical project manager who is meticulous in their attention to detail. The technical project manager is in charge of managing the team and enforcing deadlines.
To be successful as a technical project manager you must be highly organized. A good technical project manager is able to multitask successfully under pressure.
Responsibilities :
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of IT experience in program management of Web Technologies Projects
• Knowledge of software development life cycle. Preferable from CS/IT
• Basic understanding of how software works (Frontend, Backend, API, Database Schema, etc)
• Good in Project Documentation (Proposal, Process Documentation, Technical requirements,
• Code review, deployment, and assistance in troubleshooting
• Delivery templates to maximize profit.
• Good with data (Collection, Storage, Processing, and Reporting)
• Knowledge of Bug tracking tools (ZOHO, JIRA)
• The Candidate will be responsible for documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• The Candidate should have prior experience in team handling including developers, designers, QA team
• Requirement gathering for software and helping BD with proposal creation
• Able to develop project plans, timelines, and project statuses.
• Run daily stand-up meetings
• Project and Team management with proper resource utilization
• Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the projects to top management.
• Team up with client managers for proper client communication
• Maintain a positive atmosphere within the team
Skills Requirement:
• Managing projects in Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
• Minimum 5+ successful in mid to big-size project delivery
• Excellent knowledge of REST services and APIs
• Certification in Scrum Master is plus
• Managing a minimum team size of 10+
• Good Communication skills in English
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Able to provide technical leadership to a team
