Though all developers are very skillful, they are not native English speakers and we are often facing communication barriers with the clients during the interviews.
How you can help
We are looking for a native English speaker with basic to mid technical knowledge about web and mobile development.
The role requires joining the client meetings under the profile of our developers (with their name and specialty) and doing voice calls. We will be providing all the technical support for the interviews.
Requirement
○ Junior to Medium knowledge about web/mobile development
○ Ability to learn new technical terms and good communication skills
○ 1 ~ 3 hours available per day, Mon - Fri
Bonus
○ Project Management experience
○ Technical Consultant experience
○ 5+ years of experience in the IT industry.
Workflow
We have several methods for project acquisition but the most used approach is to submit proposals to various job postings. As we work with US clients, we usually represent US profiles when submitting proposals.
They will review the proposals and schedule the interviews with the potential candidates.
If we are selected, you will join the meetings under the profile of our developers (with their name and specialty) and do voice calls.
Before the meeting, we will provide you the detailed information about a team member you need to call instead of.
Also, we will prepare the document for all technical details related to the project so that you can easily do the interview.
Tip: Most of the interviews don’t involve deep technical knowledge and it just takes around 15 ~ 30 mins, so if you are willing to learn some basics, you can work with us.
