Technical Lead Opportunity - Full time

I am looking for a Technical Lead for a full-time position to provide technical solutions and guidance to our small development team consisting of 1-5 members.

Lead the Technical Team
- Supervise developers across Flutter, React.js, Node.js, and Laravel.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Ensure consistent coding standards and best practices.

Architecture & Technical Decisions
1- Design scalable and efficient system architectures.
2- Select technologies, frameworks, and tools for new projects.
3- Review and approve technical approaches before implementation.

Project Delivery Oversight
1- Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan and deliver projects on time.
2- Review milestones, ensure code quality, and resolve technical blockers.

Requirement Analysis
1- Translate business and client requirements into clear technical tasks.
2- Propose optimal solutions and estimate timelines and resources.

Code Review & Quality Assurance
1- Conduct code reviews and ensure maintainability and performance.
2- Oversee testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

Team Collaboration
1- Coordinate with UI/UX designers, QA testers, and backend/frontend developers.
2- Foster a collaborative and learning-driven environment.

Research & Innovation
1- Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and frameworks.
2- Recommend improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.

You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects efficiently — ensuring the technical direction aligns with business goals.
