Technical Equipment Listing Coordinator Needed

Job ID: 40235833

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m looking for someone who can take full ownership of listing all technical equipment tied to our infrastructure projects here in the United States. The role blends day-to-day catalog management with the strategic job of putting a reliable listing system in place from scratch.

Right now, we have no dedicated platform—everything lives in scattered emails and paper files—so your first milestone will be selecting or building a tool that keeps every piece of data organized and easy to reference. Whether you prefer a lightweight SaaS inventory app, an Airtable base, or a custom spreadsheet model, I’m open, as long as what you deliver is clear, searchable, and future-proof.

Once the system is live, you’ll:

• Enter and maintain each item’s specifications, quantities, suppliers, and project linkage
• Coordinate incoming reference documents with our engineers so the catalog stays current
• Establish simple workflows that let the rest of the team pull information without bottlenecks

Accuracy is crucial—an overlooked part number can stall a job site—so I’m counting on your eye for detail and consistent follow-through. You’ll work independently but will check in with me weekly to review progress, flag risks, and refine the process as our projects scale.

If you’re U.S.-based, organized to the core, and ready to build a zero-guesswork equipment listing framework, let’s talk.
