I need a comprehensive Detailed Project Report that focuses strictly on technical specifications. The final document must spell out the precise equipment and materials my team will use and map each technical workflow from start to finish. I already have partial documentation—schematics, vendor brochures, and a few internal process notes—which I will share. You will need to analyse what exists, identify the gaps, and weave everything into a single, cohesive report.
The finished DPR should do the following:
• Present clear, itemised equipment & material requirements with sourcing notes where relevant.
• Describe every technical workflow step-by-step, showing how each piece of equipment fits into the process.
• Reference my existing data accurately and flag any missing information you still require before finalising.
Format the document so that my engineering and procurement teams can pull details straight into their own spreadsheets or planning tools (Word or compatible PDF, plus any charts in Excel/Visio if used). A short executive summary up front is helpful, but the depth is what matters—precision over fluff.
