Tech leader

I am seeking a tech leader who can provide me with technical expertise in multiple technologies and platforms for a medium-term project that lasts between 1-3 months. As the ideal candidate, you should have a strong background in the following areas:

- Technical knowledge across multiple platforms and technologies
- Experience working with software development teams
- Ability to lead and manage a team of developers
- Experience with strategic planning and project management
- Excellent communication skills
Duties of the Developer Leader:
- Determine the way the software works
- Meeting with programmers to understand the project
Meeting with potential clients and existing clients and responding to them
- Converting requirements into tasks and distributing them to programmers
- Determine the approximate time for each task
- Follow up on the programmers' work, review the codes, and ensure their quality
- Answering customer technical questions
- Determine the technologies used and make special software decisions by updating and developing
- Determine the monthly outputs based on the size and importance of the tasks
- Periodic backup copies of the project
