Tech Operations & Scaling Manager
Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
We’re an ecosystem that launches and scales B2B tech ventures. Growth has overtaken us at full speed, and now we’re looking for someone who can turn that momentum into structure—without losing the entrepreneurial spirit that defines us.
Why this role exists
To drive the founders' vision while wearing a hard hat to build the “how.” We're looking for a builder: someone who thinks like a founder, operates like a top-tier executor, and leads like a conductor.
Your daily impact
Translate strategy into clear quarterly plans with solid KPIs and credible deadlines.
Orchestrate teams and partners so execution moves with metronome precision.
Design scalable processes using Notion, Airtable, or whatever tool solves the problem best.
Make operational decisions without asking for permission—seek feedback, not approval.
Spot and eliminate bottlenecks before anyone else notices they exist.
Protect leadership focus by filtering initiatives and keeping the compass on true north.
Open the path for new ideas: test, learn, and launch MVPs when needed.
What we're looking for
Entrepreneurial mindset: you've launched, scaled, or led something—yours or someone else’s.
Radical autonomy and a strong Get Things Done culture.
Passion for systems & product: you love structuring chaos without killing innovation.
Mastery of nocode / lowcode tools (Notion, Zapier, Make, etc.).
Data-driven decision-making—you go by numbers, not gut feeling.
Remote leadership experience: you’ve led distributed teams without losing team energy.
Open mindset: infinite curiosity, radical feedback, ego on airplane mode.
Must-have skills
Funnel and scorecard building.
Basic contract reading and negotiation.
Agile project management (Kanban, Scrum).
Clear presentation of insights to stakeholders.
