Tech Demand Creation System Lead - Onsite requirement (4 Days WFO - Bangalore Location)
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
I’m ready to roll out a company-wide demand creation system for our technology business and need an experienced project manager to steer the entire implementation. The goal goes beyond generating leads; I want a framework that carries every new customer smoothly into post-sales processes, with ERP implementation at the center.
Here’s what success looks like to me:
• A clear roadmap that identifies which internal teams own each phase of demand creation and post-sales engagement.
• Selection or configuration of the right tools so marketing, sales, and ERP data flow in real time.
• ERP modules activated and integrated with our existing stack to support onboarding, usage analytics, support tickets, and expansion opportunities.
• Documented workflows and training sessions that let my internal team run the system confidently once you hand it over.
We already have committed stakeholders but need your leadership to align them, monitor timelines, manage risk, and keep communication tight. If you have solid tech-industry experience building demand creation pipelines that extend into ERP-based customer success, I’d like to hear how you’d tackle this from day one through final sign-off.
