Pathfinders for Hope is a trauma-informed nonprofit dedicated to supporting unhoused individuals and vulnerable populations through systems that prioritize dignity, emotional safety, and operational clarity. We build volunteer and participant-facing tools that encode readiness logic, boundary protection, and manipulation-resistant workflows. I’m looking for a freelancer with deep experience in Taskade AI, especially around building automations, managing projects, and stabilizing workflows.
I’ve already built the core of our app—including an intake assessment eligibility form and several workflows—but I keep running into bugs that destabilize the system. Specifically:
- Field descriptions in my projects keep changing unexpectedly
- Instructions I’ve set don’t stay consistent across submissions
- Something in the app logic or automation keeps rewriting or misfiring, even after hours of careful setup
I’ve spent countless hours refining this system, and every time I think it’s finally working, something shifts and breaks the flow. It’s emotionally exhausting and operationally disruptive.
