Taskade AI Stability & Automation Project -- 2

Job ID: 39835300

Budget: $25 – $50 USD

Who We Are:
Pathfinders for Hope is a trauma-informed nonprofit dedicated to supporting unhoused individuals and vulnerable populations through systems that prioritize dignity, emotional safety, and operational clarity. We build volunteer and participant-facing tools that encode readiness logic, boundary protection, and manipulation-resistant workflows. Every field, label, and message in our systems is designed to reflect empathy, accountability, and trust.

What We Need:
I’m looking for a freelancer with deep experience in Taskade AI, especially around building automations, managing projects, and stabilizing workflows.
I’ve already built the core of our app—including an intake assessment eligibility form and several workflows—but I keep running into bugs that destabilize the system. Specifically:
- Field descriptions in my projects keep changing unexpectedly
- Instructions I’ve set don’t stay consistent across submissions
- Something in the app logic or automation keeps rewriting or misfiring, even after hours of careful setup

I’ve spent countless hours refining this system, and every time I think it’s finally working, something shifts and breaks the flow. It’s emotionally exhausting and operationally disruptive.

What You’ll Help With:
- Audit the current Taskade setup
- Identify and fix the bugs causing field instability
- Help lock in consistent logic across workflows and submissions
- Possibly advise on best practices for trauma-informed, manipulation-resistant automation design

This is not just a tech fix—it’s about protecting the integrity of a system built to support people in crisis. If you understand the emotional labor behind building mission-driven tools and can help stabilize this app, I’d love to work with you.

Would you like me to add a short section about preferred qualifications or values (e.g. trauma-informed mindset, experience with nonprofits)? I can also help you write a screening question that filters out generic applicants.
