Task-Focused PM Support Needed -- 2
Budget: ₹2,500 – ₹0 INR
I’m looking for a detail-oriented project manager who can take full ownership of day-to-day task management for a small team of 1-5 people. Your primary responsibility will be to keep every assignment clearly defined, prioritized, and moving forward so we hit our milestones without bottlenecks.
Scope of work
• Set up and maintain a transparent task board that tracks status, owners, due dates, and dependencies.
• Hold brief check-ins (async or live) to gather updates, surface blockers, and realign priorities.
• Promptly reassign or reorganize tasks when workloads shift, ensuring no one on the team is over- or under-utilized.
• Provide concise weekly summaries highlighting completed work, next steps, and any risks that need my attention.
Tooling
I’m flexible on platforms—if you’re most effective in Trello, Asana, Jira, or another modern tool, I’m happy to adopt what you recommend as long as everyone can collaborate easily.
Deliverables
1. A fully configured task board ready for team use.
2. On-going task updates and weekly status reports.
3. A brief wrap-up document at the end of the engagement outlining process improvements and next recommended actions.
If keeping small teams organized is your specialty and you thrive on clear, timely communication, I’d love to hear about your approach and past successes.
