Ideal Candidate's Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in interviewing techniques and selection processes
- Background in IT is highly preferred
- Understanding and knowledge in project management
- Familiarity with leadership, communication, and technical aspects of a project manager role
- Experience in handling software development projects
