PM TASK PROJECT

This task in Project Management provides a practical introduction to the fundamental concepts of Project Management. The overall aim of the task is to provide a solid foundation in all aspects of project management so as to help understand the processes involved in effective planning and management of projects, including resourcing and people management, and how to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to become effective project managers. The task will try to avoid the jargon of the commercial and public sector project management methodologies but some context is given to these, in case further study is planned.
