You’ll receive the full scope, photos, and sketch the moment we start. From there, I expect:
• A complete Symbility ESX (or compatible) file that mirrors the scope line by line.
• A Xactimate estimate, properly categorized and sequenced, ready for carrier submission.
Each estimate should reflect industry-standard pricing, note any code upgrades when applicable, and clearly separate mitigation from repair. Fast turnaround and an eye for detail will be appreciated; revisions are rarely needed when the first pass is tight.
