I’m about to overhaul a commercial retail space in Switzerland / Liechtenstein and need a rock-solid cost estimate before I lock in the design. The project touches every layer of the interior: we will be reconfiguring some walls and services (structural changes), giving the space a fresh visual identity (cosmetic upgrades), and fitting it out with new displays, lighting, and other shop-floor fixtures.

What I need from you is a professionally structured cost study that reflects local construction rates, labour laws, VAT, and any SIA-related compliance costs. Please break down materials, labour, equipment, permits, professional fees, and a realistic contingency so I can compare options and phase the work if needed. If there are cost-saving alternatives—different finishes, fixture suppliers, or sequencing ideas—feel free to highlight them alongside the baseline figure.
