IT Supervisor for Micro-Insurance Integration -- 2

New digital micro-insurance company based in Central Africa, is seeking for an experienced freelancer to oversee its applications, manage technical integrations (API, mobile, partners), audit quality, and support business innovation.
Your responsibilities:
• Monitor the progress of developed applications (mobile/web/API)
• Challenge and organize the work of IT subcontractors
• Audit and document technical/functional gaps
• Ensure coherence across business modules (premium, subscription, claims, etc.)
• Recommend and drive improvements (technical & customer journey)
• Document flows, APIs, and customer journeys
• Train, supervise, or guide IT teams/partners
Desired Profile:
• 5+ years of experience in application management/supervision (insurance, fintech, or similar sector)
• Good understanding of insurance/micro-insurance business processes
• Agile/Scrum experience is a plus
• Ability to work remotely and with cross-functional teams
• Leadership, organization, and reporting skills
Duration: 1 to 6 months, renewable
Availability: Part-time possible
Location: Libreville or remote
Start Date: Immediate
