Duration: June – July (2 Months Only)
Commitment: Part-time | Primarily Weekends | 2–3 Hours Per Activity
Are you organized, responsible, and confident working with international students? Looking for a meaningful short-term opportunity this summer without a full-time commitment?
We are hiring a Freelance Project & Operations Coordinator to support international interns in Armenia during a 2-month summer program.
This is not a full-time role — the work is primarily activity-based, mostly on weekends, requiring approximately 2–3 hours per session, plus occasional coordination support.
Role Overview
You will serve as the local support coordinator for a small group of international interns, ensuring smooth logistics and an enjoyable cultural experience in Yerevan and Dilijan. You will be the reliable local contact who helps everything run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Support
● Arrange and personally manage airport pick-up and drop-off
● Support coordination of accommodation and local transport
● Assist with transport arrangements between Yerevan and Dilijan when required
Cultural Activity Coordination
Over the 2 months, coordinate and attend 8 cultural activities, including:
● Cooking workshop
● Armenian dance workshop
● Dress museum visit
● Armenian language class
(You will be present during these activities to ensure smooth coordination, making videos and taking pictures.)
Student Support
● Act as a local emergency contact
● Provide assistance if unexpected situations arise
● Offer general guidance and support to international interns
Time Commitment
● Besides the pickups of 2-3 times, mostly weekend engagement
● Approximately 2–3 hours per activity
● Occasional availability for several airport transfers and emergency situations
● Total engagement spread across June and July
This role is ideal for someone who wants flexible freelance work alongside studies or another job.
Required Skills
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Good English proficiency (spoken and written)
● Confidence in interacting with international students
● Responsible, dependable, and solution-oriented
● Based in or able to travel between Yerevan and Dilijan
Salary
Depending on the skills and experience of the coordinator, the work would entail up 12500 AMD remuneration for the 2 months’ weekend and occasional week-day work. Please note that in total we don’t expect more than 15 working days to be fully engaged thus 2 months are freelance-based but not full-time.
Why Join?
● Short-term summer opportunity especially for young graduates or last year students
● Flexible, activity-based engagement
● International exposure
● Opportunity to build coordination and program management experience
● Be part of a meaningful cross-cultural exchange experience
If you are proactive, organized, and enjoy creating smooth and welcoming experiences for international guests, we would love to hear from you.
