Streamlined Trello Workflow Setup
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Project Details
Budget: $250–$500
I’m looking to move our daily operations out of scattered spreadsheets and chat threads into a well-structured Trello system that the entire team can easily understand at a glance. The priority is to translate our actual operational processes—such as intake, approvals, handoffs, and weekly reporting—into clear, functional boards.
The scope of work includes creating intuitive list structures, labels, and card templates that support task management, remaining product roadmap items, and key project management checkpoints without unnecessary clutter. The workflows should reflect how work truly moves through the organization, rather than following a generic “To-Do / Doing / Done” format. Additionally, Trello Automations need to be configured to reduce manual tasks by auto-assigning owners, setting due-date rules, triggering status updates, and handling other repetitive steps.
Integrations with existing tools such as Slack for notifications, Google Drive for file management, and any recommended lightweight reporting add-ons should be set up to ensure smooth two-way data flow. Finally, a live walkthrough or a short recorded Loom video should be provided along with a brief reference guide so the team can independently maintain the system.
Acceptance will be based on the setup running smoothly for one full week, with all automations functioning as expected and integrations reliably passing data.
If this sounds like your ideal project, I’d love to get started.
