I am seeking a skilled presentation designer who can help with the creation of PowerPoint slides. The main aim of this deck is to streamline our current HR processes, with a specific focus on performance management.
Key Requirements:
- Streamlining: The core objective of this project is to streamline our performance management processes. You will need to take the existing processes, analyze them, and propose a new, efficient way of handling performance management within our organization.
- Overview Focus: The PowerPoint slides should predominantly focus on giving an overview of the new performance management strategy. This would include the rationale behind the changes, the expected benefits, and a high-level implementation plan.
Ideal Candidate:
