I'm seeking a knowledgeable HR freelancer to facilitate essential HR functions for our emerging start-up. Scope includes:
- Hiring: The ability to identify and recruit suitable candidates is paramount. Experience in technology start-ups would be beneficial.
- Payroll Management & Salary Payouts: Effectively manage regular salary payouts, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- GreytHR proficiency: This is our preferred HR tool, so past experience and proficiency in this software is highly desirable.
- Onboarding & Training: Provide some degree of assistance in the onboarding and training of new hires.
Appropriate skills and expertise in all these areas are required. Demonstrated proficiency in GreytHR is a big advantage.
