• A clean interface where I can create tasks, set owners, due dates, and priorities in seconds.
• Real-time status updates so I always know what’s in progress, blocked, or complete.
• Dashboards or simple reports that let me see workload distribution and overall progress at a glance.
• User and role management robust enough for a small-to-mid-size team.
