Develop a solution that has the following functionalities integrated:
1. Email Engine: All the basic and advanced functionalities of Email Engines (e.g. like Gmail)
2. Tools and Template: All the basic and advanced functionalities of MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
3. Document Box: All the basic and advanced functionalities of Dropbox / Google Drive
4. Timeline Tracker: All the basic and advanced functionalities of MS Project
The goal of this project is to develop a solution concept that is feasible to be integrated into a single solution either operated as a Desktop Program or a Web Service.
This product idea is focused on developing a Project management suite that follows a Standardized methodology aligned to the principles of PMI (Project
Management Institute) while delivers the complete functional package required to manage the investment process in Industrial and Commercial projects (e.g.
construction of a Manufacturing Plant, Automated Warehouse or other similar facilities)
Deliverable of this preplanning stage (solution concept development & budget estimate)
1. Which and how are the various required functionalities are expected to perform in the foreseen solution
2. How the solution can be put together by maximizing the use of existing IT solutions (e.g. MS Office, SharePoint, DropBox, Tools and Templates, MS Project, etc.)
3. High level project timeplan from conceptualization of the solution until testing, realization and Beta launch with MVP.
4. Estimated effort, team size and structure required for development of the MVP
5. Estimated effort, team size and structure required for development post MVP launch for market use (including next stages of development + functionality upgrade)
and supported service.
5. Pre-qualification of potential freelancers to transform the project from this idea state to a fully launched and supported service.
6. Estimated budget for Phase 1: Pre MVP launch development Phase 2: Post MVP Launch development
