Solar Admin & Scheduling Support -- 2
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
I run a growing solar-power operation servicing Perth and Melbourne, and I’m ready to hand over several day-to-day tasks so I can stay focused on project delivery. Your core focus will be grid application handling: preparing and lodging each client’s solar connection request accurately and on time. To keep everything flowing you’ll also jump into Outlook for prompt email replies, keep customer records up-to-date in our Pylon CRM, and slot new installations into the calendar so the crews know exactly where to be.
Because grid approvals can stall an entire project, I need someone who learns procedures quickly, spots the small details others miss, and never leaves a message unanswered. If you happen to bring marketing or lead-generation know-how, that’s a welcome bonus—we’re always open to new ways of filling the pipeline.
By the end of each week I expect:
• All lodged grid applications recorded in Pylon with reference numbers
• Inbox zero on client inquiries or, at minimum, acknowledged with accurate next steps
• Updated job schedule reflecting any changes from installers or customers
Everything is cloud-based, so reliable internet and a can-do attitude are the real essentials. If that sounds like your rhythm, let’s keep the sun shining on more Australian rooftops together.
