Software Project Team Manager

I run several concurrent software development initiatives and need a reliable partner who can keep our distributed, cross-functional team running smoothly. Your primary focus will be hands-on team coordination: driving daily stand-ups, unblocking contributors spread across time zones, and keeping everyone aligned on sprint goals.

Because most of the work happens remotely, I’m looking for someone who already excels at remote team management and is comfortable collaborating with developers, designers, and QA specialists alike. You’ll be the link between product strategy and execution, ensuring estimates stay realistic, priorities stay clear, and momentum never slips.

I currently use Jira and Slack, but I’m open to whichever agile-friendly tools you prefer—as long as communication is proactive and progress is visible.

Deliverables
• A living sprint board with up-to-date task status
• Brief end-of-week progress reports highlighting risks, achievements, and next steps
• Clear action items after each stand-up or planning call
