Software Project Manager & Consultant
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
My small but fast-growing firm is rolling out several internal and customer-facing applications, and I need an experienced project manager who can act as a strategic software consultant while steering day-to-day execution. You will coordinate directly with business stakeholders, translate requirements into vendor-ready specifications, and keep external development partners aligned on scope, quality, and timeline.
The work centres on software development projects, so expect to guide the full lifecycle—charter, backlog grooming, sprint planning, QA, and release—while providing clear, data-driven updates to leadership. We operate with a modern cloud stack (GitHub, Jira, Slack, AWS) and value lightweight, disciplined Agile practices; familiarity with these tools and the judgment to tailor them to a lean team will help you succeed.
Deliverables for the initial engagement:
• A detailed project plan and risk register in week one
• Vendor evaluation matrix with recommendations where needed
• Sprint-by-sprint progress reports and KPI dashboard
• A go-live playbook followed by a post-launch retrospective
