Software Project Coordination Assistant
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m a senior software engineer who juggles several client projects at once. To keep everything moving smoothly I’d like ongoing help with two core areas:
1. Organising project information
• Consolidate client requirements and feedback in a single, well-structured space.
• Keep project timelines and milestones current so the whole team can see what’s next.
• Track individual task assignments so nothing slips through the cracks.
2. Light client-facing support
• Schedule and confirm meetings, making sure agendas and video links are in place.
• Draft concise status updates in my voice and share them with clients through Asana messages or email, depending on the account’s preference.
We already run our workflow in Asana, so you’ll live there too—creating sections, due dates, and status reports directly in the project boards. Familiarity with common collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack) is helpful, but Asana proficiency is essential.
I expect a few touchpoints each week at first; if the workload grows, we can expand the role into a long-term partnership. Reliability, clear written English, and an eye for detail are more important than a specific time zone, though overlapping a couple of hours with US-Pacific mornings would be ideal.
If this sounds like a fit, let me know how you’ve used Asana to coordinate software projects and how you keep stakeholders informed without flooding them with noise.
