Software Project Assistant & Analyst
Budget: $10 – $500 USD
I’m juggling several ongoing software builds and need an assistant who can think like a business analyst while keeping daily operations moving. You’ll speak with our developers every day, capture their questions, and bring back clear answers from me or the product owner. From our rough concepts, you’ll draft concise requirements, simple flow diagrams, or feature lists—so the team knows exactly what to build next.
Once requirements are agreed, you’ll map out the schedule, and then watch progress: follow up on blockers, update ETAs, and issue quick status reports. Calendar coordination, and documentation in Confluence or Google Docs round out the routine.
Deliverables I expect each week:
• An up-to-date requirements document or backlog ready for developer hand-off
• A current project schedule with any slips or risks highlighted
• A brief summary report so stakeholders see where things stand
If you love translating ideas into build-ready tasks and can keep a distributed dev team humming, let’s talk.
