Project Overview: Seeking Smartsheet-certified consultant (with PMI credentials) to help build a scalable project/portfolio management ecosystem using Smartsheet Business (Standard). Goal is to leverage Smartsheet's native features to streamline project tracking, enable executive-level real-time reporting, resource utilization and simplify team task visibility — without relying on Enterprise-only capabilities.

• Light Integrations (Optional)
• Training & Knowledge Transfer
Deliverables
• Complete working system in Smartsheet (templates, dashboards, reports)
• Documentation (short user guides or walk-throughs)
• At least one live review & handoff session (virtual)
