Smartsheet Expert Needed – Project Lifecycle System (Furniture + Architecture)

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Smartsheet expert/consultant to help design and build a scalable project lifecycle system for our furniture and architecture teams.
We currently have an intake/design request form and want to improve it as Phase 1, then expand into a full end-to-end project management system.
Scope Overview:
We need help building a Smartsheet solution that:
*Improves and launches our existing intake/design request process
*Builds a full project lifecycle from initial request to project completion
*Supports cross-department workflows and handoffs
*Ensures all team members have required information at each stage
*Tracks milestones, responsibilities, and dependencies
Additional Requirements:
*Our project management team currently uses Excel and we want to explore rebuilding this in Smartsheet
*Must support calendar/timeline functionality
*Ability to work backward from install dates and calculate order dates based on lead times
*May require different structures for furniture vs. architecture workflows
Ideal Freelancer:
*Strong Smartsheet expertise (forms, automation, dashboards, reporting, dependencies)
*Experience with construction, furniture, architecture, or design/project-based workflows
*Ability to design scalable workflow systems, not just build sheets
*Comfortable leading collaborative discovery sessions
*Able to recommend best practices and process improvements
