Skilled Property Manager Required

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Property Manager to oversee and manage our residential or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will ensure that all aspects of property management, including maintenance, tenant relations, leasing, and financial operations, are handled efficiently and in accordance with company policies. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations: Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Leasing and Rent Collection: Oversee the leasing process, including advertising vacant properties, conducting property tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements. Ensure timely collection of rent and follow up on overdue payments.
Property Maintenance: Coordinate regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure properties are in excellent condition. Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Financial Management: Prepare and manage property budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability. Provide regular reports on property financials to senior management.
Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease terms, maintenance standards, and local regulations.
Legal Compliance: Stay informed of local property laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with housing codes, safety regulations, and fair housing laws.
Lease Renewals and Terminations: Oversee lease renewals and ensure proper handling of tenant move-ins and move-outs. Manage security deposit returns and ensure all procedures are followed per legal requirements.
Marketing and Advertising: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and reduce vacancies.
Crisis Management: Respond to emergencies, including fire, flood, or safety concerns, ensuring tenant safety and property security.
