On-Site Tile Selection Consultation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need an experienced interior designer to accompany me to local tile showrooms and help me choose the right tiles for the bathroom, living room and all bedrooms in an ongoing residential project. The overall aesthetic is already defined in the architectural layout, so the goal is to translate that design intent into practical tile choices on the spot.
Here is what I expect during the outing:
• Evaluate available options in person and match them to the style indicated on the layout plans.
• Guide me through quality, finish, size and pattern differences so we make informed decisions quickly.
• Suggest cohesive colour combinations—there’s no fixed palette yet, so I’m open to your creative recommendations.
• Record selected SKUs with quantities, prices and lead-times so I can place orders immediately after our visit.
You should be comfortable discussing slip ratings, grout spacing, maintenance requirements and other technical details that affect long-term performance. Bring a tape measure, laser or any preferred tools to verify slab sizes against room dimensions.
I will share the floor plans and style boards ahead of our meeting; please review them so we can hit the ground running. Ideally we wrap up tile selections in a single day, but I’m flexible if a follow-up visit is required to finalise unique pieces or trims.
