I'm seeking a competent Site Supervisor for a new residential interior project. This individual will be responsible for managing contractors across various fields, including painters, carpenters, market vendors, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the project to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule
- Managing a variety of contractors, ensuring they deliver quality work
- Coordinating with vendors and sourcing materials as needed
- Conducting regular quality inspections of ongoing work to maintain standards
- Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders and project managers
- Identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on site
- Ensuring safety compliance and protocols are adhered to on site
- Organizing and leading regular team meetings to align all parties

Essential Skills:
- Strong project management skills are a must
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, as they may need to interact on occasion
- Experience in managing and coordinating with vendors
