Single Family House Construction Assistance
Budget: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 INR
I am looking for experienced construction professionals who can provide assistance with the construction and execution phase of my single family house project.
In more detail, I need someone who can:
- Oversee the construction process ensuring that it is in accordance with the drawn plans
- Coordinate with sub-contractors
- Ensure adherence to local and national building codes
- Stick to set timelines and budget
The ideal candidate for this role would have hands-on experience in construction of single-family homes, superior project management skills, a thorough understanding of building regulations and most importantly, a keen eye for detail.
Please note: having a valid license as a general contractor or a similar role will be an advantage.
