All workflow, logic, notifications, and task management will stay inside Asana. The portal will not embed Asana; it will only display Asana task data using Softr’s native views fed through Zapier/Make (no backend or custom database needed). Intake forms will be Asana Forms embedded or linked inside Softr, and all content/calendar data will sync from Asana to Softr.
