Sign-In Tracker with SMS Notifications & Desktop Interface

I require a desktop application that tracks and reports sign-in statuses for a group of individuals. The application should notify those who have not signed in via SMS reminders.

Key Requirements:
- The spreadsheet should automatically update weekly based on customer orders from grazecart.
