Description:
I am looking for an experienced Siemens TIA Portal programmer to develop an application for automation and event monitoring on a S7-1200 PLC.
The project includes:
Programming in LAD (Ladder Logic) only, no SCL
Alarm configuration and management
Logging events (alarm, trigger date and time) into a DB (Data Block)
Using PLC real-time clock functions
Integration with HMI for settings and viewing the event history
Testing and simulation (preferably in PLCSIM Advanced)
Requirements:
Proven experience in TIA Portal and LAD programming
Knowledge of DB data management and structured data types
Experience with Siemens S7-1200/S7-1500 PLCs
Ability to document the code and explain the implemented logic
What I Provide:
Electrical schematics and PLC tag list
Description of the control logic and test scenarios
Short-term collaboration (delivery in max. X days)
Payment: Payment will be made upon successful delivery and testing of the application via Freelancer / Upwork.
